What We Are Looking For

  • Strategic Land: Sites with strong growth potential that are either already within or adjacent to development zones. Our planning team is experienced in navigating the complexities of planning consents and land promotion.
  • Development Land: Sites that are ready for construction or with the potential to be quickly brought through the planning process. We target commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
  • Finished Projects: Completed residential developments that are ready for tenant occupancy, particularly large-scale commercial or industrial spaces. We are well-positioned to acquire bulk assets, providing liquidity to developers and investors looking to divest.
  • Distressed residential assets: unencumbered, unoccupied fully completed developments or partially completed residential or mixed-use developments. Ideally, these would consist of a minimum of 50 units in any one location, whether they are flats or houses.
  • Bulk Purchase: Bulk purchase of units whether they are constructed or part of a pipeline/Phased development. These can be located in one or more development locations. Minimum requirement would be 50 units +
  • S106 Housing: Bulk purchase of all S106 Housing in multiple locations from singular developers. These can be located in one or more development locations. Minimum requirement would be 50 units +
